Yoga is a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being and health. Within the teachings I offer, we explore a sequence of yoga poses and work with the rhythm of ones’ breath, to stablise and calm the mind and the body whilst increasing flexibility and strength.
I began my yoga journey in 2000, and have practiced various styles of yoga, inclusive of prenatal and post natal yoga, hatha, power vinyasa and Yin/Restorative Yoga. I am a yoga loving Christian with three beautiful blessings and a husband who is my best friend.
I chose to begin my yoga teaching journey in the summer of 2016 through the British Wheel of Yoga, and a Foundation Course with Kay Baxter. Subsequently beginning my Yoga Teacher Training with the South West Yoga Academy in 2017. I have had the honour of teaching within different venues, and various styles to a multitude of beautiful souls.
I am forever learning and evolving as an individual, a student, and as a teacher.
